My Latest Obsession

I have to admit, I am totally loving the sneakers for all occasions trend we have going on. Mixing sneakers into my weekly wardrobe has to be the best thing to happen in a while. My current obsession is this adorable pair of burgundy New Balance's. They are so comfortable & versitale. I literally wear them at least once a week. Fall Out of Summer

See what I did with the title of this post, so clever, I know.  Here in Texas, the summer heat likes to stick around for a while longer than in some other states.  This past weekend it was 100 degrees in Dallas!  It’s hard to believe it is almost October with temperatures that hot.  That being said, it can be challenging to find outfits that transition into fall but are still somewhat cool and comfortable.  

While I enjoy rocking a maxi dress well into the fall, I try to find some other options that work as well.  This is one of my go to looks that I’ll reach for several times before fall weather finally makes its appearance!  This top is lightweight and cool and can be dressed up or down.  Anytime I can pair a solid color top with jeans and some fun accessories I jump at the opportunity!
